Sascha Feuerherd is an aviation industry professional with over 20 years of experience. He gained exposure to a large variety of airlines by a dual career as active airline manager and industry consultant.
During the first half of his career, he gained thorough knowledge of all airline related processes at Lufthansa German Airlines. Prior to assuming management functions, he completed the Lufthansa internal education program, renowned in the industry for giving active quality education at a world class airline. This enabled the acquisition of extended field experiences in all operational (Check-In, Ticketing, Boarding, Weight & Balance, Cargo Import & Export, etc.) and administrative departments (e.g. Internal Revision, Marketing, Frequent Flyer Program, Controlling, etc.).
In 2000, he advanced into the airline consultant career firstly with Lufthansa Consulting and more recently at IATA Consulting as Head of Airline Consulting. During this time, he specialized in Airline Restructuring, Airline Strategy and the successful set-up and implementation of Cost Reduction programs. Mr. Feuerherd had the chance to run projects at airline clients worldwide in strategic, operational and administrative areas while also taking over interim management roles at some of those clients. Sascha Feuerherd, supported by the various teams under his direct supervision, contributed substantial cost savings, totalling several hundred million Euros on an annual basis.
Senior Executive Advisor
Jean-Jacques Bourgeault is an Aviation Consultant and Executive Coach operating in Montreal, Canada. He is also Vice-Chairman of the Board of Montreal International, a private organization whose mission is to contribute to the economic development of Montreal and to increase its international status.
Before assuming these duties, he worked as Director of the Aviation Training and Development Institute of the International air Transport Association (IATA) from December 2000 to August 2003.
J. J. Bourgeault worked for Air Canada for nearly three decades, helping to transform the airline from a Crown Corporation into an Internationally-renowned private corporation. During that time, he climbed up through the ranks to the position of Executive Vice-President and Chief Operating Officer, having served previously as Vice-President Airport Operations and Executive Vice-president Marketing and Sales.
Mr Bourgeault sits on the boards of directors of Aéroports de Montreal-Montreal Airports and Air Data. He speaks fluent English and French.
